環境: 清幽寧靜,酒店的附近有數間餐廳,對面有便利店,基本需求都能夠滿足。 設施: 酒店房間很闊落, 浴室感覺清潔。 房內有提供牙刷牙膏、飲用水。 床: 預定的是兩床房間,但實際是兩個床架,一張特大雙人床縟,冷氣被都只有一張。 總體感覺: 雖然位置不太接受旅遊區,但影響不大,因為在峇里的行程大多都是包車接送。 以這樣的價錢來說是性價比很高的酒店。

overall, a nice hotel
hotel room is big and clean, just that there is no door in the shower in bathroom, so floor is wet easily. staff is friendly. buffet breakfast doesn't have a lot of selections, but it tastes pretty good. there is no sight-seeing spots in walking distance, so u need a car to go out. hotel is reasonably priced. overall it'a a nice hotel. 酒店房間大而清潔,只是浴室的淋浴間沒有門,水容易流出。員工有善,自助早餐的選擇和味道尚可。酒店位置附近沒有景點,需要坐車出外。但酒店價錢相宜,整體不錯。

Staff was responsive to help find my lost item after checkout. Very comfy bed, 2 toilets for convenience. Nice breakfast with a fair range of choice. Cleaning staff was really nice, too. However, the view of our room is not nice. Needs more sockets, especially near the bed. Should equip 4 of each items (cups, spoons...) for Family room. And a water dispenser, even shared one, would be more eco-friendly than bottled ones. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance but some convenience stores will do. Hotel also allows food delivery service.

The hotel gave us an upgraded room for a family of 3 and a connecting room with the rest of our party. Service was good overall. Breakfast didn’t have too many variety but it did change everyday. Our shower was so dirty that I felt like I was getting dirtier getting in. Needed a thorough scrub. What didn’t help was we had a non-slip mat down on the tiles but it wasn’t moved or cleaned the entire time we were there and it looks as though it was there and not thoroughly cleaned long before we arrived. They had no sign for guests to ask for new sheets/bedding and they weren’t changed until the day before we checked out and it was only done as specifically asked the housekeeping staff to do this. Floors in the room are sticky (I note that I saw they were swept each day) but I think the cleaning solution they used was making the floors sticky. At one point our aircon unit wasn’t working and we discovered this in the early hours of the morning. I called reception about it being off and rather than informing me that they could manually turn the aircon back on, they said “please wait a moment”; hung up, and didn’t call back. I called back again and the same. Then after waiting 10mins after the second call, I walked down to reception in my pyjamas to speak directly with someone. They finally said they’d have someone turn it back on for me - happened instantly. This happened again on another day and I asked again why they kept turning off the aircon. I finally got the response that it turns off when you remove the keycard from your room, and once removed, it needs to be switched back on by a technician - Strange. Noisy smokers in corridor every night.

We took the family room and it was spacious! Staff were amazing. Our room was well serviced daily. We stayed for 9 days. We panicked at one point when we left our safe opened one day and only to realize it in the afternoon when we were out, we came back immediately and nothing was stolen! 5 stars! Only 1 small negative feedback: we requested to borrow 1 fork. It was chargeable at 20k even if we returned it. Why? I don’t get it.

Beware of this property! On our visit to Indonesia, we have visited, Jakarta at the Wyndham Casablanca, 4 star and worth every penny, great place. We stayed in Jogjakarta, 4 star worth every penny, great place again. Not in the best area but exceptional service and nice clean rooms. And then we flew to Bali expecting another great place to stay, it looked great in the pictures and then we arrive to a seedy dark hotel. The rooms had a fowl odor like they were trying to cover up some other smell, there was mold and soap scum in the shower area and stains on the head board from god knows what. We stayed the night and checked out 3 days early for our 4 day reservation. The staff apologized and proceeded to tell us how all the hotels in Bali are like there's, they offered a different room but I told them if they are like that, then we don't want another room. I asked them to refund our payment for the 3 days that we did not stay and they said, (that is against company policy) So the long and the short of it is, we drove 20 minutes down the road and found a great room at the Holiday Inn Resort Tanjung Benoa, I highly recommend it, It was a great room for just a few dollars more a night. I'm from the U.S. and if your going to fly 20 hours to get somewhere, my advice is to really be careful, we bought a picture and we got burned. If you want a nice place to stay, stay away from this place.

タバコの為にバルコニー付きの部屋にしたのに、『バルコニーでも禁煙です!』と言われたが、他の部屋の人がバルコニーでタバコを吸っている!吸って良いのか?徹底していない💢 朝食は種類が多くて満足です。 ホテル内のレストランは有名シェフがいるらしいイタリアンだが、ラザニアを注文したら30分ほどかかって皿の底が冷たいラザニアが届いた。温め直しを要求したが悪びれる様子もなく、温め直した食べかけのままのラザニアが届いた。 とても残念です。

Över lag ett ok hotell, poolen var bra, dock var rummet gammalt och slitet. Låg nära och centralt vilket var skönt. Personalen var alltid trevliga och försökte hjälpa. Dock var Wi-Fi dåligt och dem som jobbade i restaurangen gav oss fel ordrar hela tiden. Men definitivt ett bra hotel för pengarna
