The Space:
Your home for the week has everything you need to enjoy the outdoor/indoor lifestyle of Leicester. The views from the common rooms, kitchen and master bedroom overlooking the lake are out of this world. Stay outside and watch magical sunsets as the house faces west over the lake.

The large and inviting kitchen is the perfect place to gather after a day exploring (Treehouse Brewery, Maple Hill Disc Golf, and all that Worcester has to offer is within 30 minutes of the house). All new granite countertops, new appliances and the kitchen island looks out over the lake.

Well stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking/serving items including cookware, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and silverware.

There are three seats around the kitchen island and a separate dining room with seating for 10 as well as an outdoor dining table with seating for eight.. Plenty of space for all to enjoy home cooked meals!

Relax in the living room with a large comfortable sectional and 55” Smart TV with streaming capabilities. You can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Each bedroom has TVs with streaming capabilities as well.

In total, there are four (4) bedrooms to accommodate guests during your stay. For easy planning, here are the bedroom layouts:
Upstairs primary: one king size bed
Upstairs large bedroom: two queen beds
Upstairs bedroom 2: one queen size bed
Lower level bedroom: one queen size bed

There are two (2) full bathrooms. There is one bathroom on the first floor and one on the second floor. The first floor bath has a tub/shower combo and the upstairs has a walk in shower.

Outdoors is where you can truly experience the house. Situated on a private lake that does not have public boat access with motor boats limited to residents only. This keeps the environment very peaceful and tranquil. There are several decks overlooking the lake including the main deck which has seating for eight at a dining table and gas grill for alfresco dining, a juliet balcony off the master bedroom to enjoy sunset views, as well as a sunporch when you first enter the house. There is also patio seating available in the backyard as well as several adirondack chairs overlooking the lake, a firepit on the beach by the water, and a wood dock and stone steps for easy access to the lake..

Other things to note:
-Mini split ac systems to keep you cool, one in each of the four bedrooms plus on in the main living area which cools the dining room, living room and kitchen.
- Two steps to the front door, and a main level bedroom and bathroom makes it an easy stay for those with limited mobility.
- Vinyl plank flooring throughout
- Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway with room for an additional two to three along the road by the front yard as needed
-Two pedal boats and two kayaks for guests to use.
- Brand new washer/dryer for guests to use upstairs
- Hotel quality linens and towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided for our guests.

Everything you need for a great stay, toiletries, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machines, detergent, and more!

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located on Cedar Meadow Pond with 100 feet of waterfront, a large swimming area, and a wooden dock. We are located in a quiet, wooded section of Leicester where three small lakes / ponds sit near each other. The lakes are 100% residential with dirt roads and neighbors who all know each other. Beside our house is a town-owned dirt path access to Cedar Meadow Pond where neighborhood kids gather to play and swim most days during the summer. The lake is popular for swimming, kayaking, fishing (including ice fishing), ice skating, BBQing, and enjoying foliage and sunsets.

No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
