"Staff friendly upon arrival, we arrived at a busy check out time, left our bags with the reception. Came back later in the day and the gentleman remembered us from the morning and couldn’t apologise enough and up graded us room. The whole experience was great, staff very friendly throughout our stay, lovely breakfast room , good choice of food only downside was there were no beans and coffee wasn’t the best tasting .
Would definitely recommend and will come back. Looking forward to see what the spa includes when it opens "
