“staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!”

“Stayed at Delta Vlaardingen more than 5 times. Not once did the place let me down. Room super clean with wide open view of the canal; if you are lucky to face the canal. “For my conference, it’s perfect location. But far from Rotterdam center. Fortunately the metro is convenient that go to The Hague directly in about an hour. Restaurants and shops close early - it’s Dutch style I guess.”
