“staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!”

“Excellent hotel! I love the decor and little details that made our stay comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed. We enjoyed breakfast buffet with made to order egg dishes. Very charming place. I highly recommend this hotel. ”

“A nice hotel located in a quiet park, and close to a bike route which we rode to Kinderdijk, it was a great experience. The breakfast was good, and the room was also very nice.”

“The room was really nice! It was clean and wide. Staff there are very welcoming. Always willing to answer your questions and have an interesting chat with you. The breakfast was really nice with a big variety of food. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. The cuisine was tasty but a bit pricy. The location is a bit far from the train station. You would need to walk for 10 min to the bus station and take another 10 min bus to Utrecht Centrale, but I think it's acceptable”
