「I was skeptical about the Grants Pass area because of all the media reports of homeless people supposedly everywhere in the Grants Pass area... Pretty much, that was a lot of hype. This place was fantastic, clean, fresh and very well taken care of. A lot of thought has gone into all aspects of the cabins. I would definitely stay here again! I would also refer others for the wonderful stay.」

「This little property was perfect for me and my daughter for a Spring Break trip. It was safe, clean and new. We enjoyed the electric fireplace while we watched tv in the evenings. The location was perfect for getting around town. And the property manager was extremely easy to communicate with, especially when I forgot my sunglasses after checkout and they were kind enough to mail them to me. We would absolutely consider staying here again for another fun trip!」

「Our room was in the Lodge on the 2nd floor. Very tiny room right next to the kitchen exhaust. At 1:20 a.m. the fire alarm went off. It was attached to the ceiling so we could not turn it off. There was no one else in the lodge. We opened all the windows and turned on the fan in the room and it finally went out. I reported this to the management but we received no discount/compensation. We also ate dinner here; $45 each for a very small piece of sabelfish and grilled cabbage and small salad....
