「Great location」

「We had a wonderful stay! The home is lovely, clean and exactly as described. Jonathan is very nice and easy to communicate with. We loved staying here to celebrate our son’s graduation from SDSU!」

「Owner was gracious to let us stay 2 extra hours」

「Parking is the only draw back. You are not allowed to park in front of the neighbors, but everybody can park in front of your space. But it is worth the money, house was VERY clean and VERY comfortable.」

「The house was in a not so great area and was not clean. The window blinds walking us were a mess and bent which didn’t give a good feeling coupled with the neighborhood. Learned you need to scope out the area better before booking. AC was leaking water right at front door. Could have been much cleaner and more kitchen items. 」

「House was perfect! Held our combined Bach trip here, plenty of room. Only thing I’d say to be aware is bring your own towels if you have a large group with you. Everything was pretty clean expect for the floors probably needed to be mopped. We were walking around the house and our feet were black lol. Which isn’t crazy but if you’re weird about it. The other thing which I missed while booking was I didn’t know there was another unit attached to the house that was booked at the same time as us....

「The owner is very responsive and that’s a definite plus. Property was definitely smaller than the pictures made it look. Ran into a drainage problem with the shower but the owner came right out while we were touring the city, and fixed it. Towels was a slight issue (not enough) but was quickly resolved. Found some ants is a few spots but I take it that’s a seasonal thing because the property had plenty of ant repellents on hand. All in all not a bad stay.」

「The host for the property was extremely helpful and very warmly and extremely kind I'm definitely going to stay here again soon」

「Jessica the owner was extremely easy to communicate with. She answered quickly with any question that I had. The house was located in a good place for us to jump on the highway to go to whatever park we were heading to. The pool was the greatest thing for our granddaughter. She swam in the pool every day for hours especially after a long day at the parks.」

「Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need to feel at home.」
