“We thoroughly appreciated the communications provided by the host. Initially had a few teething issues, with the keylock code not working, and a smell in the bedroom and the living area, but this was rectified and a cleaning crew came in twice for it. Place is perfectly situated (with car use) but a bit less so if on foot, or public transportation. The laundry in the shed and the kitchen are always welcome especially as our booking was over 2 weeks long! Thanks again for a suitable stay for us!”

“Close to amenities, quiet”

“Cozy spot in a convenient location. Easy fast communication with the host. Did not rent/use a car this trip, but there is a garage behind the unit with a parking space that seems vital if you’re planning to stay in this area with a vehicle.”

“The house itself and the space and rooms were fine. Enough room and basically what we expected. Fine for a spot to sleep and get ready. There’s not really any outdoor space if you need that for your stay. The downsides would be the neighborhood and the parking. Neighborhood isn’t terrible, I’m used to places that are a little “rough around the edges” but it’s not necessarily an area you’d expect to be paying top dollar to stay in or a place you select for a leisurely evening stroll. And not……

“This house is in a rural neighborhood, with a convenient connecting street for quick trips to the harbor, or freeways, for shops and activities.We had four in our group and with the blow up mattress each had their own bed. This property was very clean, had all the amenities, and big enough not to feel crowded.Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to the property managers for a very comfortable stay.”

“The house had a great layout and was very private. Great views in backyard. Pool is not heated but was very nice. Air conditioner did not seem to work well but the air return fan in the hallway cooled in down pretty well. Jessica was quick to respond to any questions we had. Beds were super comfortable which is pretty rare for VRBO. Was very cozy for 5 adults. One small TV in the living room but I wasn’t there to watch TV so didn’t bother me. I would definitely stay again if visiting San Diego”

“We had a very pleasant stay here. Everything was clean and easy to find. Parking was excellent. Thank you James for being an accommodating and responsive host.”

“This place was nothing like the listing. The place we stayed was a unit in a complex with walls so thin we heard loud barking dogs and people talking until after midnight. The shower drain was clogged, the towels poor quality and stained. Even the trash sack in the kitchen was ridiculously small. Property management said this would be comparable to the listing due to a last minute change but it was less bedrooms, bad neighborhood, and not a whole house. I will not be booking with this company……

“Well design, sheets were nice and soft. I made ice in the little petite solo cups Nicely stocked with blankets and pillows. Had nice shower amenities.”
