"The staff was amazing, even helped me get a list item from my Uber driver. An unexpected homeless camp showed up outside of the entry and the staff took care of the situation with speed, safety for guests as well as respect for the campers. I'm looking forward to stay again."

"When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. ..."
