Stuck on the airplane for 8 hours because of the weather and couldn’t land in KC, after finally landing and getting to the hotel at 4am they tell me my room was sold because I didn’t check in… I can’t quite check in when I’m stuck on an airplane. Front desk lady was extremely rude on top of it all.

The checkin, facility, room, even the temp restaurant was excellent. Checkout was an exercise in ignoring the guest and focusing only on the admin work of the receptiinist No trolleys for checkout, was told they were all on 8th floor. They were 8 of them unused by workers setting up for event. At checkout asked for bill was told we dont give them out because reservation was third party. A simple piece of paper? The customer experience is what makes or breaks a hitel Tien the receptiinist had no concern for the customer experience onky her job assignments
