"Vi hade bokat en lägenhet om två rum för övernattning en natt. Två vuxna och två barn. Hela lägenhetskomplexet var slitet och lägenheten dåligt städat. Golvet var sandigt och kladdigt. I badrummet låg mediciner kvar från tidigare gäster. Bäddsoffan för barnen ej bäddad. Jättesvårt med parkering, området tog in alldeles för många bilar mot vad det fanns plats för och runt området var det parkering förbjuden överallt. "I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared, and everything was exactly as described. The check-in process was very easy and convenient, and the instructions provided were clear and helpful. The location was peaceful and pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I would be happy to stay here again!"

"When I first arrived , I was a bit spooked because I had paid a high price for something akin to a Premier Inn/Campanile type hotel. I did buy into the concept but did so miss tea/coffee making facilities and a balcony. One I had settled , I loved the place and found the staff exceptional. What bowled me over was the spa and pools . Wow!! Absolutely second to none. The bar was very good drinkswise and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful ( particularly Bastien and Sami) The bar food was OK but lacked a bit of variety. If you did not want Pizza , there was very little else. The breakfast did not vary much . One day there were sausages , next day there were none. Needed a sports threrapy massage for my arthritic knees , and was asssured by a Manager and and a member of staff at the Nivea House that I could get one . I did feel very short changed by what was actually provided . Would stay again? Definitely - if only for the amazing spa"
