Charming cottage with private garden in Lentigny

This 85 m² cottage, spread over two floors, features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sitting area, and two bedrooms. Heating is provided by a pellet boiler (underfloor heating on the ground floor). Towels are included with bed linen if you select this option. The cottage has its own private entrance and a separate 450 m² garden. The decor and furnishings are refined and tasteful, with soft colors that complement the architecture of the property. We also provide outdoor games and a few toys for children.

The price includes: - All utilities (heating, electricity, and water).

Please note that excessive consumption may result in an additional charge, particularly for those charging their electric vehicles.

- Baby equipment (cot and mattress, changing mat, baby bath, high chair) is available upon request.

The price does not include: - Optional rental of bed linen and household linen
- Cleaning fee
