"Great location, room, breakfast was great and staff are very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the roof bar is closed and would have liked to have known this as it was one of the reasons I booked especially for the northern lights. "

"The hotel is relatively cheap and cheerful by tromso standards so in a lot of ways you get what you pay for… it does represent better value than most. Unfortunately I couldn’t reduce the room temperature as low as I’d of liked so it was too warm over night, this was not the case in all rooms though. Beds are fairly small with a thin mattress, I slept ok from that perspective but it’s something to consider. Doing northern lights tours so getting in late at night I was quite glad I’d chosen a hotel that didn’t have breakfast included. "

"Fantastic central location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and all the main tourist attractions. Harbour-facing rooms have beautiful views and, if the weather is clear, you may even see the northern lights. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection. Would definitely stay here again."
