「Great setup with clean rooms and family friendly environments 」

「Here’s a polished, natural-sounding review with improved flow and clarity: The apartment was truly a gem in the area. It is within walking distance of Finnsnes Quay. We rented an apartment with a balcony and sea view at a very reasonable price. We were even able to see the aurora directly from the balcony in –15°C weather, which was incredibly convenient and memorable. The facilities were modern, and the kitchen was well equipped. Supermarkets and restaurants were also within easy walking...

「The Apartment was spacious and the Kitchen was well stocked. We did not have a clothes washer. Apparently some apartments do and some don't. We needed one. They arranged for us to use the washer at their other property. The breakfast was okay.」

「We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. The hotel staff at that time said they will help us with luggage when we checked out as we needed to...
