“DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! I booked this property 7 days prior to check in. I paid in full. I received an email from the host 5 days later (2 days prior to check in) that I owed another 200 (30% additional fee) because she listed the price incorrectly on the site. I called VRBO who confirmed I owed nothing and the host was not allowed to ask for more money. I will certainly becoming recommending this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay . My only regret is that I didn’t book it for Family weekend 9/25-9/27. “We have stayed here three times so far in the last few months. Absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs to come in town to see our son play baseball at FSU. Very convenient, clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was just perfect for our pups too. An added plus. Would highly recommend it! Will definitely be back! ”

“The property was clean, had plenty of space for the four of us & our small dog. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact. Close to many shops & restaurants, had more ammenities with the fully stocked kitchen than we need for our quick trip but now we know if we needed to stay longer to visit our son we could & even cook if we wanted to.”

“Like how secluded the property is. Needs major fixture upgrades in the bathrooms. Had issues with toilets and shower. The remodel was done poorly in the restrooms. I won’t stay again due to bathroom issues. Toilets are small, fixtures were loose, paint splatter in floors, caulking was mess in both bathrooms.”
