「Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The room we were put in was so noisy. Whatever was above us, all we could hear was something (maybe chairs) scraping along the floor. This went on morning, noon and night. Carpets in room were disgusting. Most staff were really nice and friendly except one woman on reception who was extremely rude. No tongues for croissants at breakfast despite me asking for some so everyone was putting their hands in all over them. The lights in the corridors were...

「Great find for our stay! Fantastic ski in ski out location. However the only reason we may not choose to come back is the ski shop is closed between 12 and 3. We found this very inconvenient. Even when we turned up at 11.40 they had locked up early. It’s not a boot room with lockers and is very basic, but serves its purpose. Otherwise perfect location for all amenities.」

「Chambre propre est trés spacieuse. Je n'ai pas utilisé le coin cuisine mais il était trés fonctionnel. Malgré la proximité avec la gare, l’hôtel est trés silencieux. Pour manger, il y a un food truck à proximité, sinon compter 15 à 20 minutes de marche pour aller au restaurant dans le centre historique. Petit déjeuner convenable. La salle est un peu exiguë.」

「Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

「J'ai apprécie le lieu et le personnel. Il serait bien de préciser que les chiens ne peuvent pas aller dans la salle du déjeuner, le premier jour j'ai pu et personne ne m'a rien dit et m'a même félicité pour son calme. Le lendemain on me dit que je ne peux pas」

「J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...
