Beautiful house on the water

We stayed a week in this beautiful place. The house is well equipped, no need to bring anything. Eileen has maps and guidebooks ready as well as her own knowledge of the area to share . The views from the many windows were wonderful.

Spectacular

If stunning views, trail walking and a peaceful paradise are what you are looking for this it. Excellent place to breathe deep and decompress while still visiting whatever sites you may want too. We lacked for nothing during our stay, extremely well equipped and Eileen provided great details to make our stay even better than expected.

Nice holiday days in Connemara

We spent a few nights as a family in Eileen's cosy holiday home. Eileen was very easy to reach and welcomed us warmly. The cottage is richly equipped with everything you need. The location is great for various excursions in Connemara and County Galway. We would book the holiday home again at any time if we are in the area.

Tranquillity in Connemara

Fantastic Place To Stay

My family had a super holiday in Eileen's place. House is exactly as described. The house was very clean, had everything you could need and more. Location is beautiful. Eileen was such a wonderful host, helpful, friendly and warm. I couldn't recommend this house enough.

This was our 3rd stay in the house. Lucky that the time was free sadly only 1 week. Everything was great and fully equipped. We could relax and enjoy the great view. Eileen is a great host. Will try to come again if there is a free spot in the calendar.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the west coast of Ireland

After our pervious week in 2022, we were delighted to return to Eileen's rental house. We were warmly welcomed, and then left to settle in. We appreciated Eileen contacting her "fish man" who came by and we purchased fresh scallops, hake and a fish new to us. We enjoyed the remoteness and the comfort of the house, settling in the big chairs to read and watch the changing views of the bay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful stay in Connemara

The house is located in a beautiful surrounding, offering gorgeous views of the sea and the Twelve Bens. The house offers everything you need, especially the kitchen is well equipped with spices, pasta, rice.. Don't miss a walk astarting at the Moyrus Cemetrery. It is absolutely amazing. Nearby there is an "honesty box", offering muffins, home made jam, bread, scones. Your bakery for the stay! We can definitely recommend Eilleen's house.

Perfect revisit

I love this warm, airy house. The great views and space mean that even days with rain are attractive. Despite changeable weather we got outbto swim and walk every day. Divine part of the world for people who like the wild.

Western hideaway

Views to die for! They bring me back year after year. There is space and comfort in this house. I like the isolation but you need to know that you have to drive to a shop or restaurant. I do miss the access to the garden and sea, now a bit overgrown.

In this beautiful, well equipped house you will feel at home! Eileen has a good taste to decorate the interior in a charming way, even with her own beautiful paintings. The house is situated in a quiet area and has a wonderful sea and mountain view. Everyone will feel comfortable at this place! Looking forward to come back!

Great Host, Great House, just perfect

Returning the second time, Eileen has been a great host again, everything was very clean, fully equipped incl. Firelogs and wood for the fireplace, detergent for the washing machine, books for reading. View from the house is great, it was nicely warm...so everything was great again. Will for sure come back again.

Great vacation in a perfect house

We visited this house in May 2023 and had a great time. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. The views are just fantastic and if you are looking for a peaceful and calm retreat, this one is for you. We were a bit struggling with the "No Wifi", but actually it helped us relax even more. Just something you just keep in mind when booking this house. We would recommend this house to everyone looking for relaxing time in the great Connemara region.
