“Wir sind seit dem 23.12.22 im Appartement Kronenmatte 12 b. Die Schlüsselübergabe war eine Katastrophe ! Nur einer von uns hatte ein Iphone, aber wie das mit der Schlüsselübergabe hätte funktionieren sollen war uns ein Rätsel ! Nach längerer Anreise von dieser unmöglichen Schlüsselübergabe genervt steuerte ich in den nächstbesten Immoladen hinein und OH Wunder ! , die Dame hinter der Theke sagte mir, ich solle mich im Restaurant/Hotel Krone melden, die würden dazugehören.... Nun steuerte ich in……

“It is the sixth time we came to this property. We have been for 16 nights in July/August 2025. This is Swiss Hospitality at its best. As always, we say thank you so very much to the owners for their wonderful hospitality. Everything is as described on the internet site. We have to repeat the comments because the location is really wonderful. The WiFi internet connection really worked, and we could connect our laptop computer and talk using Viber. “We enjoyed our stay in Lauterbrunnen. While the town itself was very busy the central location of Lauterbrunnen allowed us to quickly escape the hustle and bustle and explore the surrounding mountains. The home had everything we needed. For us as international travellers it would have been helpful to have some instructions on the laundry machines and oven, as the symbols were different. All in all a wonderful stay. ”

“Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Küche war sogar besser ausgestattet als erwartet und die Kinder haben sich sehr über das Kindergeschirr sehr gefreut. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super! Bei Fragen wurde uns immer schnell geholfen. Wir kommen wieder :-)”

“Apartment was clean and as advertised. Communication was good. Location was perfect for us- on the edge of town where it was quiet. Easy walk to the train station, bus stop or center of town. Would definitely stay here agin.”

“Check in was easy, they worked with us on our late arrival. There are plenty of beds and showers, enough kitchen equipment to make meals. Picturesque setting, beautiful scenery. It was one of our favorite places! There are a few steps to get to and from location, so be mindful if walking is difficult for you. But it was an ideal spot for our big family.”

It is a short taxi ride away from the Matterhorn Express lift, so you should probably know that going in if you’re skiing, but it’s easy enough to catch a taxi and we loved being in the heart of all the restaurants and shops so the location couldn’t have been better for us. “Die Bilder im Internet sind veraltet, denn ganz offensichtlich wurde die Wohnung modernisiert. Leider passen die zusammengewuerfelten und unmodernen Möbel gar nicht dazu. Die Küche ist in ihrer Einrichtung grenzwertig. Im Internet stand, dass es kein WLAN gibt, aber das gab es doch! Ansonsten war es schon OK, die Aussicht reißt es natürlich raus.”
