Lovely Stay

The villa was in a great location and super comfortable for our group of four friends. Mauro and MariaRita were excellent property managers and very available to answer any questions. The sunsets from the veranda were spectacular and Levanto was a wonderful little town with easy access to the surrounding area and the Cinque Terre!

Great property and location. Easy to get to cinque de terre but nicest just to stay in levanto! Beautiful views and sunsets from terraces. Lots of walking and climbing like everywhere we’ve been in italy.

Great location, beautiful balconies

We had a great time. Wonderful house! Some issues with ants while we were there and furnishings and decor could stand to be updated. But actual layout and structure of house was great. Levanto beach was super fun for the kids!

Absolutely Fabulous, family of 5 adults

Fantastic apartment over 3 floors, I cannot recommend this property more. Beautiful views from 2 very spacious balcony terraces. Short walk to supermarket, beach and lots of restaurants within 10/15 minute walk down into the town. Book it, you won’t regret it! Comms and checkin all easy and informative. Thanks so much!

Beautiful, perfect place

If you have a chance, stay at this Villa! We didn't want to leave! The inside is beautiful and the terraces are beautiful. There are 3 floors, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so the villa has plenty of room. We loved having the doors open and just walking out onto the terrace. It is a beautiful view. It is only a 5- 10 minute walk to the train station and a 5-10 minute walk into town. Everything is easy to get too. The trains are easy to catch to the Cinque Terre. The villa was a great base for exploring the Cinque Terre. The property managers were easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware and pots. This Villa is a wonderful experience!

Beautiful and spacious with gorgeous views.

This is a gorgeous property. It’s very comfortable and had plenty of room for our party of seven. The views were so beautiful we chose to spend more time there than we ever anticipated. It’s an easy walk to the train station, so you can easily get to the Cinque Terre villages.

Villa Helvezia è una casa privata adibita a casa vacanza e si vede dall’arredamento molto curato e anche con uno stile molto personale. La vista è stupenda e la posizione tutto sommato è comoda, a poca distanza da un supermercato, dal mercato coperto quotidiano e dal mercato settimanale. Anche la stazione è a pochi minuti a piedi. Una vacanza in villa a tutti gli effetti.
