We loved this home. It was clean and furnished very tastefully, it was not cluttered. We didn’t use too much of the kitchen, so I can’t speak to the supplies, but it was all set for at least cup, plate, coffee basics. The view off the porch was nice, we saw turtles, fish and birds. The master bath shower was sparkling clean and had great water pressure. Will definitely try and book again.

Family Beach Trip

We stayed here in July for a week. Check-in and checkout were both quick and easy. The location was a few minutes off Route 1 in a quiet and friendly gated neighborhood but still close to everything. It was nice taking morning and evening walks. The ponds were relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable. If you have small children I recommend bringing a baby gate. Otherwise the house was perfect and the elevator was convenient. We would stay here again!

Had a good time, condo was convenient. Vacuum cleaner needs to be updated. Poor vacuum for sucking up beach sand. Invest some money in a good one. I had to clean it out and then it worked better.

Very nice property but poor resort amenities

Very nice property. The condo was well decorated and comfortable for the six adults in our family. The resort amenities left a lot to be desired however. The community pool was $20 per day per person which is way too high, especially since it was very mediocre. If I had known this, I probably wouldn’t have booked the property since my husband doesn’t like to go into the ocean and really wanted to use the pool regularly. The gym was much more reasonable at $25 for a three member family but the equipment was very old and it was very hot in there. That being said, if you don’t need to use the gym or the pool then I would highly recommend it.

The home was well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the pond from the home is beautiful. It's such a peaceful place to stay. When we would take a walk in the neighborhood, the neighbors were very friendly. We had no problems or issues during the week we stayed there. The property mgmt company was kind and professional. We highly recommend this rental home.
