Beautifully Updated Condo East of Route 1 in Villages of Five Points

This very nicely furnished condo is located on the 2nd floor in the amenity-rich community of Five Points. Please note there is no elevator for access to 2nd floor. This cozy rental offers an open living and dining area, an updated fully-stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and washer and dryer. The Villages of Five Points offers two community pools, tennis courts, a walking path, playground and is steps away from a pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants and shops. It is conveniently located East of Route 1 and is just minutes to the Historic Town of Lewes and Lewes Beach. Jack Lingo Lewes Rentals - 302-645-2207.

Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.

Village at Five Points Condos

My niece, her husband and their 3 year old daughter stayed at the property. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. They also enjoyed the pool. One negative comment - the condo was not advertised as being above a business, without and elevator and having many steps to climb. For that reason, they would probably not be inclined to stay there again. Coincidentally, another family was checking into one of the condos near them and they reacted the same way when they realized that the condo was above a business and commented that it was falsely advertised. I would recommend that you make it clear exactly where these condos are located and that there is no elevator.
