Great Family Trip

It was a perfect house with things for all generations to do. We had a blast in the house, community pool, and it was super close to get to the beach.

Good for many ages, convenient for bay and ocean beaches, nice to bike especially because the bikes were provided, well stocked with indoor and outdoor games, amazing selection of books, large washer and drier, HAS ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER, loved the accessibility to the pools, gym, tennis/pickleball courts, and pool tables. Overall it was a great choice for our ages 6-76 family members.

4th Annual Family Beach Trip

Perfect Beach Family Getaway

The house was perfect for our family of 14.. it fit our adult children and 5 grandchildren perfectly! My daughters, who are all young moms, felt that every helpful amenity for young children was thought of, down to having kid dishes! The house was spotless, and the common rooms were nice and big for lots of family fun! We’ll definitely be back in the future! The Community Club with the pools, weight room, and courts was also a big win with the whole family!

We spent a week with our children and grandchildren at this home. We have rented many homes in the past 20 years and this was the nicest house we have ever been in.

Great house, safe neighborhood

House was perfect. Great neighborhood to bike and walk. Pool and clubhouse was a nice option but VERY strict rules, perhaps a bit overkill… Some of the permanent residents were not welcoming of the renters. Lots to do. Great shops and restaurants. Crooked Hammock was SUPER cool. Cape Henlopen State Park was great to visit. Overall, awesome house, very safe neighborhood and we all had a great time. Property manager was very quick to respond when we had questions about the AC. Very friendly. Would stay again.

Great Space!

We had a great time with family of 10 at this property! There was so much space and rooms looked like exactly like the listing. The place was HUGE! Loved the outside patio and grill space! Great pools and slides too! We had a lot of ping pong tournaments downstairs too! Fun time!!

Excellent Property

The home is very large. We had four families, and each of us had plenty of space. The home is very lovely, and the owners have stocked the house with just about everything you can think of. The kids loved the clubhouse and the three pools. They preferred the club over the local beaches, and paying the 100 per guest was well worth it. The beaches are not too far away, but traffic was terrible, so it took time to get there. Additionally, finding parking at the Delaware beaches can be problematic, so it was nice to have access to the pools on the days we didn't go to the beach.

Coastal Club House

Loved our stay at this house. Had a few issues w/ the AC and kitchen sink and they were resolved immediately by the property manager. Very friendly and attentive. Would come back!
