「Everything went very well right from the start. Staff was excellent, room was clean & comfortable, breakfast was very good, Pool & hot tub was very nive & clean. Will definitlely recommend this hotel」

「Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was kept clean. The parking area was adequate and there were plenty of spaces. The room was comfortable and smelled clean however there were broken and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. Access to this property is not easy. 」

「Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here. It is totally under construction and we allegedly got a room that was finished but the patio door did not fully close or lock. The hallway ceilings had water damage, the stairwells were all torn up - it was a mess.」

「We stayed for one night while passing through Orlando. Our room was clean, staff were professional however, the hotel is lacking in toiletries such as: shampoo, conditioner, soap. I did not see a blowdryer. There was only one hanger. And I did not see a coffee pot. Otherwise, the basics were available.」

I only feel like if you give instructions to clean as you go, and I understand there is no way for anyone to check or anything. But I was there for 2 weeks and I saw the same dishes in the sink, dirty glasses with soda, wine, even milk, all sitting on the counter for 2 weeks.
