「The bathroom was very small and there was a loose tile in the bathroom. Not the nicest hotel on our trip. 」

「The room was clean and newly remodeled, but looked as though it was done hastily. The dishasher was there but not hooked in. Some areas were not quite finished. The is a hot plate, microwave, fridge, ect but no cookware. The hotel is being actively remodeled, but common areas look rough. Parking was ok, hotel is conveniently located.」

「THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it...

「Laundry rooms were quite dirty. And shampoo bottle in shower was empty and did not get refilled even after I made the front desk aware of it. Room was clean, A/C was inadequate would not go below 68 degrees. Breakfast was a little disappointing but you could make the best of it. 」

Had to some kind of legal document before checking in and when actually checking in the girl had to wait for another office to approve everything which took several minutes. The room was clean because it was just renovated but there was no closet, microwave wasn't plugged in and no where to plug it in. The door keypad beeped constantly. 」
