“THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it……

“Breakfast was excellent and good coffee all day was a treat!! ”

“The room was clean and newly remodeled, but looked as though it was done hastily. The dishasher was there but not hooked in. Some areas were not quite finished. The is a hot plate, microwave, fridge, ect but no cookware. The hotel is being actively remodeled, but common areas look rough. Parking was ok, hotel is conveniently located.”

Cooking stains on the ceiling. the wood grain cabinetry was scratched damaged all over.torn chair upholstery, tv remote barely works, dirty wood floor covered in dog hair….punched hole on wooden bathroom door.etc…… Awful, so bad, got up to leave by 6am, no service attendant to be found for checking out….”

“The check-in process was very confusing. Had to some kind of legal document before checking in and when actually checking in the girl had to wait for another office to approve everything which took several minutes. The room was clean because it was just renovated but there was no closet, microwave wasn't plugged in and no where to plug it in. The door keypad beeped constantly. ”

“Kitchen had everything you needed and then some. The Disney kids room was amazing. My grandson loved the light up glasses. Will definitely book this place again. I’m physically back home, but my soul is still there. Great vacation. ”

“The Formosa house was very clean and spacious for my family of 9 . The rooms are spacious and each had their own bathroom except for the two theme rooms that had a shared bathroom but it was very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need. The host was very fast to response with any questions. Definitely will be staying here again. We loved our stay here ”

“The property was not clean prior to our arrival dirty dishes in the dishwasher dead flowers in the kitchen hair in the beds toilets weren’t clean. The kitchen was not equipped properly and not even coffee was offered.”
