You get what you pay for. The room was very outdated. The air conditioner smelled of mildew and would help if they cleaned the filter every once and awhile. The breakfast was very basic but the had bananas everyday as well as oatmeal waffles toast coffee. A real disappointment was going to the pool and there are no loungers only two picnic benches so we went to Walmart and bought a couple of camping chairs to use. The area is very good and has many shops restaurants and quick access to the highway. The staff is very nice. For what you pay you really can't complain.

Staff was very friendly but room was dirty. Scum caked on the shower wall and tub. Dirt around the taps. Toilet kept over flowing and shower disnt drain. Had to ask to get room cleaned and sheets changed and didnt always happen. Breakfast consist of toast and juice boxes.

La peor experiencia. Solo rescato que el administrador da servicio de ida a los parques de manera gratuita. El desayuno es pobre, las habitaciones huelen horrible, la piscina se ve sucia y no hay ni una banca para echarse. No lo recomiendo. Solo recogían la basura y cambiaban las toallas. Estuve una semana con las mismas sábanas y el piso sucio.

Our first room: clumps of hair on towels, door to room didn't seal, so light, sound and cigarette smoke came through keeping us awake through the night, hairs on sheets and in shower, generally did not feel safe as far as the location and clientele. I asked, after we had checked in, if we could cancel the remaining 2 nights on our 3 night stay, but was told to contact Expedia since thats where i booked the room. Expedia could not reach anyone by phone that night. The next day the man at the motel told Expedia that i hadn't told anyone the reason i wanted to cancel and that they don't give refunds. I talked to the man at the front desk and explained, but he said all he could do was offer one of "better" rooms by the pool. That he has no control over sound or smoke as this is a motel, not a hotel. The "better" room we were given only had one washcloth, one hand towel and two towels. You have to request more towels before 11 am, which we didn’t. The room was exactly the same as the first, but we had no choice, as we were not going to be refunded for the remainder of our booking. Our room keys had to be reprogrammed each day.

I checked in and my room had a roach crawling up the wall, place is very ran down needs upgrading, and breakfast was HORRIBLE just waffles that tasted like plastic! I will stay somewhere else next time

Habitación necesita remodelación, deberían colocar TV modernos porque la programación que tienen es malísima y no te permite al menos conectar tu Netflix. Estuve 6 días y no pasaron a limpiar y sacar la basura. Fueron 1 día entraron cambiaron toallas y no hicieron nada más, otro día fueron se llevaron las toallas y olvidaron colocar toallas limpias y no se llevaron la basura. Eso si, la ubicación es excelente.
