I like the fact that the hotel takes you to all of the Disney parks the downside on it is you have to pay to come back if you want to come back before the allotted time and which whatever time the parks closed there are no phones in the wrong The rooms come with microwave and refrigerator It is a rundown hotel but you do get what you pay for overall not bad not good

For the price I would say it was worth it. Staff was friendly gave us a ride to Disney world for $15. They also gave us an extra key when we forgot ours in our hotel room. Only thing was that we found hair in one of the beds that wasn’t ours. We got a double bed because it was cheaper than getting one king so we just slept in the bed that didn’t have the hair. Breakfast only had waffle maker, coffee, and bread so very limited options as an fyi. No bugs or anything so overall I would say an average stay of 3/5 stars.

I didn't expect a lot from this type of hotel, but just to sleep over and spend day outside. Has that moldy smell from old property and after removing sheets from the bed there were hair on pillow and under cover. Some of the towels have faded color because of bleach or something and they smelled weird, but that's probably just cheap detergent. Then second day bugs appeared in bath tub, I guess from old pipes, so that make me feel bad and every day checking sheets in case bugs will crawl in the bed... Basic breakfast was included, it is good location, close to downtown, amusement parks around and some nice restaurants!

The room smelled strongly of damp; it wasn't cleaned at any point during our stay. The air conditioning smelled bad, the laundry wasn't working, and when we politely asked at reception when it would be operational again, we were treated very rudely. We asked if there was another laundry nearby and were told to find out for ourselves. The man who takes you to the parks doesn't wait even two minutes if you're late; he just drops you off. But one very rainy day, we had to wait for him for 15 minutes, and in the mornings we were always late because he didn't arrive in time to pick us up.

Buena ubicación a los parques Disney, el transporte de ida y vuelta es una gran ventaja, el desayuno en general esta bien teniendo en cuenta el precio del lugar, para los parques de universal esta mas lejos y ahí no se tiene transporte. Cuando llegas en autobús la estación se encuentra cerca del hotel lo cual es algo bueno, la habitación es sencilla pero en general esta bien, el chofer del transporte y personal en el hotel en general son buenas personas, al realizar check in piden 30 dólares adicionales que solo se puede pagar con tarjeta y devuelven 3 días hábiles posteriores al check out, en general le doy 8.5 de 10.
