「Hot tub was out of service and not identified as such at booking. We were told at check in that hot tub was out of service.」

「It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections. 「If passing through, I'd recommend stopping here because they offer simple rooms plus useful extras including washing machines and microwaves close at hand.」

「Bad insulation noise controls, bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. We asked for change, but the front desk only provided one option, give us refund(ps:It was...

「The front staff was so helpful and gave excellent places to eat and helped us print in the lobby. The breakfast attendant was the most amazing gentleman who I chatted with us and made us feel so welcome!」

「The entire place has gone downhill since we last stayed here. It isn't being maintained or cleaned as well as I remember. The edges of our tub were gross with hard water stains, the carpet had a stain, there was a part of the trim that was broken. Breakfast was your typical motel breakfast, nothing special. The pillows on the beds were awful but the beds were comfortable. Some of the towels had stains on them. I don't know if we will stay here again unless there are some improvements.」

「Host was super friendly and fast to respond.」

「No」

「Everything you need is there! The host took the time to make lists and label items so you know what is where and what things do. It was very comfortable.」
