HOUSE OF ROCK - DOWNTOWN, RUPP ARENA, KEENELAND, HORSE PARK
House is located in heart of Downtown within walking distance/1 minute uber drive of Downtown, Restaurants, Rupp Arena. Short Drive to Horse Park, Keeneland, Distillery District. One block to the right is Martine`s Bakery (popular) and a little futher walk is the DV8 (hip) Kitchen and other coffee shops. A little further walk and there is Warehouse Block (with Mexican, Italian, Eppings (Fine Dining)). Short walk/drive to left, is Lyric Theatre. Central location to see everything.
Beautiful Pine Floors with Black Wood Trim throughout, Granite Countertops and Stainless Steel Appliances. Vaulted and 9` Ceiling on 1st floor with Beautiful Black Trimmed entry way and staircase. Small Vehicle Garage with Door opener and driveway (rarely found downtown). Courtyard in the back off main living area. Awesome tiled bathtub and showers (glass door enclosed).
Access will be with keypad on front door or garage door keypad which will be the last 4 digits of guests phone number provided.
The garage is small. Please park only smaller SUV, Van or Sedans in the garage..
This is a beautiful house located in an urban setting close to downtown and amenities. Pets are definately allowed but will have a $125 pet fee and Pet waste will need to be placed in the rear `Pawpail` located in back courtyard.
WELCOME to HOUSE OF ROCK
Below is important information regarding the Property. There will be a `Welcome Booklet` available when you check in with additional information about the house and WIFI.
ACCESS TO HOME AND PARKING:
Park in the Driveway or the one-car Garage (Garage fits most cars). You can access the Garage Door opener once you have entered the house and use it in your car during your stay, however, please do not drive off with the garage door opener in your car at the end of your stay. There will be a $45 replacement charge. There is also street parking available, if needed.
NO SMOKING:
Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed on the front and/or back porch. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in a $1500 fee. Please disregard all Butts in the provided ash trays in the exterior Green Container.
TRASH:
Green Trash Container is for Trash. Blue Trash Container is for Recycables. Grey Trash Container is for Yard Clippings ONLY. If you are facing the property, these trash receptacles are located to the right side of the house and can also be accessed from the rear gate.
Extra Trash Bags are located in the drawer beside the oven.
Long Term Guest, please take the Green Container (Trash) and Blue Container (Recyclables) to the street on Monday evening for pick up on Tuesday Morning. Trash Containers need to be removed from the curb by Wednesday Morning.

There is a nonrefundable $150 pet fee per pet. Pet size is limited to 45 lbs.
