The house is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the downtown area. The eateries in town are great as well. Local to many well known distilleries and about an hour to Louisville. Well worth the stay.

Home was exactly as described. Very clean. Plenty of space for a family of six travelers, plus we hosted some local relatives for dinner one night. Excellent coffee and tea setup. Comfortable mattresses and well-stocked bathrooms. Plenty of parking out front. Frankfort is my hometown, so we were familiar with the area. It’s an easy drive to anywhere else in town. Walking distance to the Capitol and river. Only slight complaint — and this is very minor — is the provided body wash. Zero lather! If that’s the worst I can say, then it must have been a good stay! We’ll be back in town this May and will check this home first in hopes of staying again!

Easy Drive to Bourbon Trail

We stayed here for the Bourbon Trail and Kentucky Derby. Easy drives to Buffalo Trace, Woodford, Wild Turkey, Whiskey Thief, Four Roses and more. Clean, comfortable and convenient! Great amenities on site. Comfy beds. Local restaurants like Bourbon on Main, Stave and Bourbon Library were fantastic! Would stay in this house again!!

First-time guests discover five-star property

Our family visited the Frankfort, KY, area between Christmas and New Years and found this historic home and its responsive hosts ready for guests. As the first guests to stay, we found so many great touches throughout the property, all with guests' comfort and convenience in mind!The decor is trendy and pleasant with a uniform color scheme throughout. Obvious care went into the remodeling of three (yes, three!) bathrooms. Each bedroom had a king-size bed, which our three teenagers enjoyed. Rooms are large and comfortable, and the house is well stocked with linens and consumables. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay--even made a charcuterie tray while we were there! We were not on the Bourbon Trail, but the house is well equipped for those who are. The outdoor space is well planned with a nice privacy fence, deck with firepit, and an all-season hot tub (our 16-year-old's favorite!!). Traveling with our cockapoo makes the fenced-in backyard a must-have.The location is excellent--easy access to cute restaurants in downtown Frankfort and to freeways if traveling to see the sites as we were. Our hosts were excellent and very communicative, always checking in to see how our visit was going and providing clear instructions on check-in and check-out procedures. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the house and would definitely return if in the area again!

Beautiful Spacious Home in Frankfort

Amazing house! Very clean, neat and beautifully decorated. We used the home for a holiday family reunion. Very easy check-in. They even made the door code personalized to us so that it was easy to remember. Everything was perfect. It is even more spacious than it appears in the photos. We will be back next time we are in the Lexington area!

Our annual motorcycle trip was the Bourbon Trail! This was a perfect home, good location, and host was very helpful and attentive! Home is decorated very nice! We walked to Candy factory, downtown to Bourbon boat ride, and several restaurants! Highly recommend and would definitely come back!!!

Great Dad's Weekend on the Bourbon Trail

This house was perfect as a home base for four of us doing some golf and bourbon trail tastings. 4 comfortable bedrooms allowed us all to have our own space and the common areas/backyard were great for hanging together. Location is less than a mile to a lot of great stuff Downtown Frankfort and a short drive to a lot of distilleries/golf courses between Lexington and Louisville. All around great stay!

Perfect stay in Franfort!!

We traveled to Frankfort for my husband's 50th birthday celebration in which he wanted to check out the bourbon trail. We were traveling with two other couples, so I selected this property because of the king beds. But the property ended up being perfect in every way! The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, the outdoor fire pit and hot tub were great for relaxing after a long day of bourbon tasting, and the beds were SO comfy. The listing is exactly as represented, and I would highly recommend for your next (or first) trip to Frankfort!
