“The beds were so soft that I fell inches in the middle of the bed, the breakfast is mediocre at best with too many carbs and inadequate protein and the front desk refused to give me receipt when I checked out. I feel the statement of running out of paper as the reason for their inability to print a receipt was not truthful. The first stay was good a couple of weeks ago but I will not stay there again”

“Beautiful hotel in downtown Fort Collins. Our room was impeccably clean. We found the room to be quiet even though view was by the street. Hotel provided text updates and checked in on us. There were ear plugs and a white noise machine but we didn't need them. We will stay again next time we visit family in FC. Loved the location and parking was convenient.”

“Nothing like it was advertised online and especially for the price I was definitely over charged truthfully these rooms are worth about on 30 bucks or so I paid wayyyyy more, my Ac did not work my Tv did not work, my room was very hot and uncomfortable. I tried contacting staff for a refund or discounted rate and no one has contacted me at all. If you are looking for nice high quality do not stay here!! This is an old motel that is not worth the price that Expedia advertises it as. Definitely……

“Staff was friendly, We were only there for the night, had a late check in and an early check out as we were traveling. Keep in mind there are no stairs to the 2nd floor. Which being a person that doesn’t do stairs well and having to carry up items ( including an ice chest) was not easy. ”

“The staff was super helpful, parking was easy, and the luggage cart was very useful carrying all our bags to our room. The records for use were very cool!”

“There were a lot of issues. The light in the shower flashed off and on continuously; it was fixed on the second day of our stay. There were no towels in the bathroom except for a bath mat. I asked the front desk clerk for towels; he gave me 2 hand towels, 1 washcloth, and another bath mat. He had no bath towels for us, so I had to use the bath mat to dry off after my shower. We never did get any bath towels! The water pressure in the shower was so wimpy that it took forever to get wet and then……

“THE place to stay in Fort Collins. Clean, easy instructions to follow to access, plenty of free street parking and walkable to Old Town. Who could ask for anything more?”

“There are leftover fried chicken legs from the previous guest in the fridge, and the room has an unpleasant strange odor.”

“The whole place was filthy I actually reported this hotel to the health department and the fire, inspectors and building inspectors as well. This hotel shouldn’t even be on Expedia and the so-called manager Stephanie Johnson is the most foul person I’ve ever met.”

“The hotel is very nice but one of the elevators was down for the entire week there. They also advertise laundry, but they do not have machines available to guests so we had to go to a local laundromat. We were there for a softball tournament so having only one elevator was very inconvenient. Only later in the week did they put up a sign to use the service elevator. They were also out of bar soap for the first 2 days we were there so we had to get our own.”

“The room’s set up made me think that Woodbridge would be a good choice for a longer stay in the future. Having a full refrigerator in particular made me think that. I will definitely look for a Woodbridge Suites motel when I next travel”

“My reservation was hard to find at first, the reception said the reservation was lost in the system because it was booked by Expedia, so a manager had to come and approve my reservation. My only real complaint was only one elevator worked, and I was with my daughter in a wheelchair, I had to wait countless times for the elevator to go up or down and empty so we can finally make it up or down. The morning reception was very kind.”
