Location is very good - downtown is walking distance where lots of shops and fastfood/ restaurants are located. Starbucks is just across the hotel. It is along a busy road some traffic noise is understandable. Check in was excellent as we were helped and accommodated efficiently. I would say staff in general are friendly and hardworking. The pool was great and providing water bottle refilling machines in the lobby was nice. The only downside was that the room was a bit outdated. I would recommend it for one or two nights stay.

Las habitaciones requieren renovación, la infraestructura general del hotel está un poco descuidada, la piscina estuvo muy bien y el servicio de desayuno fue excelente. Lo mejor del hotel fue su personal, siempre muy amable.

This is a Rustic hotel, but I love Rustic. We had a great time and the location is ideal just walking distance from restaurants and supermarkets.

The pool is a saving grace, but this property is in disrepair. The blind fell off the window when we went to close it, the toilet bowl was leaking across the floor, and the chairs at the pool were broken. The street noise and smells made it hard to sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This property was not what was advertised. It was clean but that was pretty much the only thing that was good. And the air-conditioning worked well. The pool area was nice but there were broken chairs and not many. It had cracked and uneven pavement. The rooms were very old with worn and tarnished bathroom fixtures - small cracks in mirror and that old colouration that happens around the edges. The wifi was terrible and I had to go to the lobby to use the secured wifi. The adjacent restaurant was also sub-par. I would not stay there again.

This is a very good hotel and very reasonably priced. The staff is excellent, parking is free and secure, restaurant is excellent, and tropucal garden courtyard, pool, and hot tub were a nuce surprise. Good, central location for those making a stopover in Liberia.

Very close to the airport and coinvent to have a restaurant on property. Gives a very Costa Rican feel. The road noise made sleep a bit difficult but our kids loved the pool, iguanas on property and the fresh mangos falling out of the trees.

Internet was terrible not working most of the time. Shower head terrible even after they tried fixing it. Toilet was leaking and making noise. Doom was not sealed properly so bugs came in. Toilet door squeaking. No mini fridge on the room and had to beg for one. No microwave coffee pot or blow dryer. No electricity in the bathroom. Tv was not working well and couldn’t connect to our Netflix account (we could do it in other hotels in CR) the Jacuzzi was boiling hot on the night we wanted to use it and no one could go inside (including other guests) but i think it was ok on other nights. The breakfast was not tasty at all! They managed to ruin even the scrambled eggs… the only plus on this hotel was the pool but i do not recommend staying there.
