“Room was clean and spacious . The check in was awful. We paid ahead for parking and there was to be a pass, which there wasn’t . We reached out and they sent us on a wild goose chase looking for the pass , then they sent us to two separate lock boxes and stated that it would be in there which it wasn’t. We spent over an hour and tried to communicate but it goes through AI , there is nobody on site. After back and forth they told us to move the car to another pay lot so it wouldn’t get towed,……

“Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Loved staying there. My only two negatives are the coffee served was very bitter so we went elsewhere every morning and in the evenings they had a DJ playing in the lobby/bar area which has a lot of hard surfaces that made it echo badly. Coming from a music & event background I’d suggest adding some sound absorbing elements to cut down on the cacophony.”
