「The house was clean, stocked well and had an amazing view! Enjoyed our stay and having the airport close by」

「This was our 2nd time staying at Blue Cottage :) We thoroughly enjoy this little lake house and feel very blessed to have the opportunity to stay here. It is a great place any time of the year! We love that there are kayaks and a peddle boat to go out on the lake—we bring our own fishing poles but the life jackets are also provided. The smart TVs in every room allow for your own preferred entertainment. Along with card and board games! It is also located only 10 minutes from Lake Livingston so...

「Be ready to climb a ladder parents/guardians, the queen bed is lovely, but you climb to get to it. The same with the twinbeds. Loved the bathroom and the deck, but the outdoor patio had cobwebs and the seats out front were dirty. Might help if they just keep the patio cushions inside and have guests take them out if they want to use them. Also, there is a grill on the back side of the property, but it is messy back on that side. LOVED the sweet cat that came to visit us each morning. He was...

「House was really close to main highway. Grass was overgrown which led to mosquitos. I could not sit outside on porches because of getting bites.」

「We absolutely loved our second stay at the Cozy Cottage! There is just something about this little place that feels so peaceful and welcoming. It was so nice to come back somewhere that already felt familiar and comfortable.Everything was just as wonderful as we remembered, and we were able to truly relax and enjoy our time there. You can tell a lot of care goes into making the cottage feel special for guests, and that really means a lot.We are already looking forward to another stay. The Cozy...

「Cute little place, perfect for our family of four and our dog. Home had all the standard amenities to function plus more (even had laundry supplies and garbage bags)… Loved the coffee, we literally used up all the pods! Would definitely come back!」

「HORRIBLE and should be removed off website. Host did not respond & had to get in contact with Verbo for refund . Do not book !」

「The kids first time at the ocean was very memorable along with the accomodations.」

「While clean, it was quirky. Tripping hazards with the numerous steps. Host was responsive but not our favorite place to stay.」

「This home was comfortable for 5 adults. Kitchen is not stocked with utensils, pots and pans to support meal prep. Hand towels were lacking for kitchen and baths. Sleeping areas were comfortable however roosters and dogs did disturb the peace at all hours.」
