“When I arrived I was told by the owner that he didn't receive an update from Expedia because his internet isn't working properly. After standing there for a while, he called me back and said that if I could wait 1 hr, he would give me a room for the night. Bear in mind I paid for 2 nights but he said Expedia didn't charge the right amount. I sent him my receipt and then told him I need my 2 nights. He stuck to the 1 one night offer and 1hr wait. After that, he called again saying I should go to……

“The home was authentic Jamaican, gated and secure. I arrived late in the day with an emerging dental emergency. The next morning this required immediate attention. The Hostess Tamara walked with me to a nearby Dental Centre to be successfully treated. As I returned and departed for the International Airport, the host Shane taxied me to the airport for a flat $25 rate as advertised, (airport taxis were asking for $35-$45 for the same transport.) The hosts were welcoming, attentive and gracious.……

“Beautifully landscaped property, the unit was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We set up an additional bed in the living room and it worked out perfectly! The hostess was lovely and helpful. I would stay there again!”

“Sharmaine is wonderful! Only a walk away from the square. Outdoor seating area made the stay perfect.”

“The hotel, room and breakfast everything is great. The only thing is that there was a construction across of the street and they did some noise at the mid night.”

“Breakfast buffet was good, front desk and the male servers in the Breakfast area was very helpful. Room service needs improvement. I have to call more than once to front desk to get the room cleaned and for adequate fresh towels. Only once the bathroom was wiped. They need to hire more staff for house keeping. Even in the evening you're room is just being tidying. Imagine spending hours on the road and coming back to an untidy room. Don't think I would rebook or recommend.”
