"Perfect location to be near stores. Staff is very polite. Rooms are clean and minimal it’s just enough room. I like that there is no gross carpet in the rooms. My husband LOVES the body wash they provide. (Lemon scent) I forgot on our last stay there they do provide good quality shampoo/conditioner and body wash and lotion. Breakfast is pretty good too. We will always stay there when we come up to visit our grandchildren. The beds are just ok. We actually turned ours around because it felt low where our heads were. Great place. You won’t be disappointed."

"At 2am our toilet overflow, we had to pack up and move to another room in the middle of the night. Had a dog and child to transfer to the new room. In the new room the water temperature in the shower was backwards so cold was hot, hot was cold. Called General Manager Valencia to share my concerns. Never heard from her. I will be calling the head office about my stay and compensation for this trip. By the way breakfast was the same for the 3 days we stayed."

"As a solo female traveler I prefer to not be in a first floor room and asked to be moved to an upper floor on check-in. My request was refused because the hotel was sold out, even though other guests had not yet arrived. The next day I was again told I could not move my room because the hotel planned to put guests who had not yet arrived in those upper rooms. I was frustrated that this hotel was completely unwilling to alter its room assignments, even when rooms were unoccupied."

"The Red Lion Inn is very well situated in Post Fall, ID, convenient to a full range of restaurants with short drives, and to access I 90 quickly. The staff were very friendly at the front desk. The facility adequately clean but with a very worn look and feel. The lobby and public areas felt cavernous and not very welcoming, the view of the river from first floor just barely enough to value (although better than parking lot!), indoor hot tub and pool unavailable, no coffee maker in the room, no breakfast offered, workout room clean and minimally equipped but functioning. Pet allowed (which is great) but not placed in a pet selected set of rooms separate from non-pet guests, so multiple dogs barking during two night stay. No chair on small patio outside room, one small table not well maintained only, which we had to repurpose into the room to have a side table to the chair in the room (not an outdoor useable chair.) So, yes, adequate, but not a repeat stay worthy location for the money. Thank you to the kind front dest staff upon check in."
