“Pros: Lovely property; we really enjoyed the stay.Cons:Water pressure in the shower was poor. Security concern: on the morning of check out we found an empty bottle beer on the steps are the rear. This was not there the day before. We were concerned if there had been a prowler during the night.”

We went in the fall, so it wasn’t too bad, but I’d imagine that it could get brutal during the summertime. Overall, fantastic experience and a wonderful place with a beautiful view.”

“Great location, walking distance to Ngnongotaha shops and the lake, 12 mins drive from Rotorua central - pet and family friendly, well appointed - all new, functional kitchen implements for example, which is just fantastic. Arriving and knowing the pans will work and not smoke out the house was wonderful. Fully fenced back garden if you bring a dog. So immaculately clean that I tried to put the lettuce through the fridge shelf into the vege bin! Warm, dry and really friendly host with super fast……
