“Ho alloggiato in un appartamento dell'agenzia "Comacchio experience" a Pomposa per una settimana insieme ad altre due persone adulte ed una bambina. Gli spazi sono ben strutturati e sicuramente l'arredamento moderno è ad effetto e apparentemente molto bello. Purtroppo dopo pochi minuti di permanenza abbiamo trovato diverse mancanze: poca pulizia (aloni di unto su lavabo e fornelli, pavimento sporco ), mobili di bassa qualità (i cassetti di un mobile si sono smontati al primo utilizzo), problemi……

“The room was clean and staff was amazing. From the front desk to housekeeping. Spouse has special needs and they are very accommodating. Stayed in a beach front room that was great walking out to the sea. Was able to spend 45 min in Terma Pool plus had a massage. Great time. Definitely return if cruise from Ravenna again.”

“This hotel is in the middle of nowhere in Ravenna. There are very few restaurants that are in walking distance. There was dental floss on the floor behind the sink area. We stayed 2 nights and the whole time was not removed. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I think this hotel needs to do a lot of upgrades since there will be a lot more cruise passengers coming through in the future.”
