The Land - Paradise to Share in Ligar Bay
An architecturally stunning, well-presented home with a beautiful historical story. Situated on several acres of native bush and gardens in the beautiful seaside area of Ligar Bay, close to Pohara, Tata Beach and en-route to the beautiful Totaranui.
A spacious home, mixing the old with the new. Beautiful native timber floors on two levels. Large windows and doors providing expansive views of Ligar Bay and Tata Beach. This wonderful home makes every day a holiday.
Main house - 'The Land' has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, a butler's pantry and two living areas - one a cozy lounge and the other allowing you to sit in comfort with breathtaking views. This house lends itself to a couples' romantic night away or a large extended family and friends get-together.
In addition, there is a two bedroom cottage self-contained next to the main residence, with kitchen, lounge, bathroom, which can also be booked, with the main house, sleeping all together 12 guests in total.
Note: The main house and cottage are only available during the summer. During the winter only the main house is available - sleeping 8 total.
Note: The owners live on site in a cottage, but discretely and some distance away from the house, ensuring your privacy, but available if needed.
They do have a beautiful friendly NZ huntaway called Frankie who you may meet while you stay. The owners have also confirmed that this is a pet friendly property and a well behaved dog is most welcome. There is no dog secure fencing. Please note on your booking if you are bringing your dog.
