「The breakfast is very poor, almost no choice. even boiled eggs are frozen from fridge. I have to warm it by hot water. only coffee and a little bread. it seems no fresh and warm stuff for morning. 」

「Parking is limited but on site, clean room for the most part, towels were stained. Very stuffy inside and pipes in bathrooms stink, staff not so friendly, very serious and straight to the point so it’s still okay. Overall 3/5 for price and location, not bad for the price range, private and safe」

「Gave me a room that was tidied up, but with dirty sheets- was filled with body hair and clearly used. The support line was quick to respond, but ultimately unhelpful and they never solved the issue nor followed up. 」

「Not very welcoming the staff was pretty much bothered i was there in first place. There was a white stain on the comforter and loose hair under on the blankets. Bathroom is in need of serious upgrades and it was dirty around the toilet area dried boogers by the toilet paper. Overall room needs repairs upgrades very outdated beds, styles the only thing in the room comfy and clean was the chairs. The bath towels were also stained dingy looking glade we brought our own and stayed only one night....

「Overall experience with Palihouse was great. Highly recommended if you are traveling with family. Staff were friendly and helpful, although they have limited people. A bit upset coz the housekeeping kinda went thru our stuff and ditched our shopping bags away (were not even beside the trashcan, we got stuff we wanted inside) 」
