“Everything about the hotel gets straight A”

“Artistic. Beutiful design. Thoughtful. Very pet friendly. Adjacent to fantastic restaurants.”

“The room was clean with a nice view of the the water. Breakfast was simple and was great. You can walk right over the bridge into downtown making it easy for you visit. The Saint Augustine amphitheater was right down the road for our concert event. It was a perfect quick getaway. We will be back. Thanks for a peaceful visit.”

“great”

“Room was nice space. Parking was easy and close. Close walk to town and harbor.”

“I contacted the property about mold in the AC unit, and they did not respond. Acknowledgement of a concern goes a long way. The room was very clean and spacious.”

“The staff needs a lesson in courtesy. They are not customer service oriented. The lobby does not have a welcoming or attentive staff.”

“Very clean, good breakfast and the staff is fenomenal. I will stay there again. Love it !”

“Breakfast not included from 3rd party booking, only bad thing and the price was the same compared to the official website and it would of been included”

“Property in perfect location to see the city. Staff excellent and friendly. Charming little place. Room was nice but alittle dark. Bathroom although updated was dirty in shower, grout, and woodwork. Big ball of hair in shower. It was fine for a night. I would give it a 4 out of 5.”

“This property and staff were incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed the lower and upper balconies which overlooks the Matanzas river. The included breakfast was personalized and very good. The evening social was a good time to enjoy the other guests while having a complementary cold beverage. I can't praise the staff enough, constantly asking if they can do anything else for us. Amazing. We will definitely return.”

“It was quite nice for an older property. It was nicely refurbished, well maintained and convenient to local amenities.”

“We have always had a great experience at Casa Monica, but with this past stay, there was no hot water. The staff was informed but nothing changed during our stay. We were also given the wrong room at first. I booked a suite with one king, and my husband and I walked into a room with 2 queens. We were like nope, not going to work! They did find us another room but we did not get the suite like I had booked.”

“Location was excellent”
