Actually good, but...

Very friendly and helpful staff, but I had to sleep in a single bed even though I reserved a queen-size bed. Furthermore, I explicitly asked the hotel beforehand for a QUIET room. I got a room on the 1st floor next to the air conditioners, see photos. The doors slam very loudly and because of the poorly soundproofed floors you can hear every click of the shoes. Really bad for the expensive price! By the way, the hotel is in an industrial area with nothing around.

Mauvaise expérience Réservation annulée à mon insu

Réservation pour 3 nuits. Besoin d’annuler la première nuit mais réservation non-modifiable. Mon compte a été débité du montant total pour 3 nuits, ce qui était attendu. J’ai prévenu l’hôtel de mon arrivée un jour plus tard que prévu mais l’employé de l’hôtel m’a noté en “no show”. La réservation est donc apparue comme close. Heureusement une chambre était disponible et l’hôtel ne m’a pas fait payer la nouvelle réservation. Par ailleurs la chambre qui l’a été attribuée était une chambre communicate dans que les portes intermédiaires ne puissent être fermées à clé. Je l’ai signalé à l’accueil qui n’a rien pu faire. Heureusement les personnes occupant a chambre communicante étaient honnêtes et ils n’ont pas tenté de pénétrer dans ma chambre.

De kamers zijn behoorlijk gedateerd, verlichting met een tl bak vond ik niet fijn. Badkamer simpel en oke, bed prima, alleen jammer van dat plastic matras beschermer. Ontbijt was incl en dat was echt erg goed, gezond en lekker.
