「The proximity to the boardwalk and ocean is excellent (steps away). The unit itself has a good amount of space for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Some things we experienced that we did not expect from reading the listing: 1. Bathrooms are worn showing lots of wear and tear, peeling paint and chipping toilet seats. 2.
