Summary:

Unit 111 boasts a stairway to private beach access, nearby restaurants, and an indoor pool. This cozy privately owned studio condo has amazing ocean views and a ground-level patio for relaxing and listening to the waves. This condo can easily sleep up to 4 people on a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and it features a walk in shower. Full-sized appliances grace the fully stocked kitchenette, making it easy to have a private oceanfront dining experience at your convenience.



The Space:

Unit 111 boasts a stairway to private beach access, nearby restaurants, and an indoor pool. This cozy privately owned studio condo has amazing ocean views and a ground-level patio for relaxing and listening to the waves. This condo can easily sleep up to 4 people on a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and it features a walk in shower. Full-sized appliances grace the fully stocked kitchenette, making it easy to have a private oceanfront dining experience at your convenience.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

This 2 bed beachfront studio was absolutely perfect for my adult daughter and me, and i can see it being amazing for a group of 4 girlfriends. The location was incredible- right on the beach- just a short stairwell to toes in sand. We even saw a bald eagle on the beach! Lincoln city is adorable, and we could walk to one of the most Delicious restaurants in town. High recommend!
