Showed up and walls and dishes were dirty. The view was nice but the windows didn't have any screens, so we felt like they were unsafe for our kids. Also, the table in front of the window was rickety and falling apart.

The beach access was more difficult than I expected from the listing. The incline of the hill on the way back up from the beach is crazy. Its much easier to just drive to a public access point. There is no air conditioning in the room and it got very hot at night. There is nothing stopping someone from jumping out the windows so we had to close the windows at night as we have small children. It was overall a great experience and it was great to have a kitchen in the room as we had small picky mouths to feed. The view from the room was amazing at sunset. This room features a shower seat which came in handy rinsing off the kids feet after the beach. We will definitely be considering this place again on our next stay in Lincoln City.

This was the perfect spot for our little family. We were a little confused on how to find our condo at first but we figured it out fairly quickly. The walk to the beach was quick and easy to find. Overall a perfect spot for the price.

Stunning view. Solid property. Clean. Could use a place to put toiletries the bathroom sink area is small. It seemed odd to keep the bed in a back room, we dragged it out to the main room with the view for the duration of our stay and that was a game changer. Note the fire door when finding 2B, it’s weird to find but not impossible.

Beautiful spot

The place was beautiful, clean, and had access to the beach! The host (or their managment company) was very responsive when i asked questions. I would come back amd stay with them again!

Good for what it is

If you just need a cheaper place to stay and won’t be staying there much this might be a good fit. We actually left early and went home instead of staying the last night because it wasn’t very clean or relaxing. Ocean view was nice and there was a fireplace which made it a little cozier. But over all it is bare minimum for a short term stay.

Quick family trip

Overall a good stay for our family ! Kinda dirty in some spots but more so in corners and crevices not a huge deal just noticeable, but good for your money as it isn’t expensive, also no remote so unable to use the tv sadly but other than that it’s solid and gives what it says it will give! Side note bring a fan or two if you are slightly warm blooded can get very warm !

Home away from home

Very nice place to stay for a short time. Cabinets a little high for us short people had to stand on tip toes. Bed was comfortable view was great and path to the beach was fun

It was a nice clean place to stay. It had a great view of the beach and the ocean. It has a nice kitchenette that you can cook food if you don't want to go out and eat all the time. We really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous View & Great Value

We needed a quick getaway with our dogs to the coast, and this property was as described on listing. It was a bit small, but hands-down, much better than a hotel room, and much more economical. The refrigerator is one of the compact ones but since we were only there for a couple days, we didn't need anything larger. I don't know that I would choose this unit again. It is on floor two of three and our neighbors above us were pretty noisy. In the future I would go with the third-floor.

Nice unit

Bring a blanket or two!

This is the second time I stayed on this property, in a different unit. It was an anniversary getaway. So, I trusted that it would be a good experience. The unit that we were in had some major hiccups. But overall, it was a good weekend and a good getaway. If I stay there again, it won't be in Seahorse 2-B unless the major issues are fixed! It was a comedy of errors! The issues: 1. Inadequate heating. this was a major issue, in that the gas fireplace stopped working on our second night. The gas fireplace was the only source of heat for the large living room area. The property manager (who is stellar and the major reason why I didn't give this review a low rating!) came out after 9:30 p.m. at night, after I had been communicating with Vacasa for 1.5 hours with no success (I think I was talking to a robot). The property manager identified that the gas fireplace was not safe, after he had attempted to fix it (the odor of the gas was strong), and said he would bring a space heater by in the morning. We used a gas oven to heat the living room. Luckily there was a cadet heater in the bedroom, so we didn't freeze. he brought out a space heater the next day, and it served us well for the next two nights. The housekeepers and property managers were excellent in their response! I hope that they are paid well. The senior house keeper brought by extra blankets and communicated with us throughout the lack of heating. She suggested using the oven to heat the room, which turned out great! It felt like a fancy camping trip, but I had forgotten to bring any marshmallows to roast. 2. There is exposed wiring behind the refrigerator. No outlet plate cover. This is an easy fix. 3. The outlet in the bathroom, beside the bathroom sink, is not grounded. Again, an easy fix. 4. Molding is being held together with masking tape. 5. The IKEA dining chairs need to be repaired and tightened. They were very rickety. 6. The sofa has unstitched upholstery that needs repair. 7. it wouldn't hurt to have calking around the windows, as we could feel the high winds. 8. A brighter light bulb in the bathroom would be nice. 9. Coat Hooks! There is absolutely no place to hang clothing in this unit. It would be a beautiful use of space if about 8 coat hooks were installed in the hallway. I'm giving a huge shoutout to Anita, Tim, and Nathan, who were stellar in their support! The property managers and housekeeping staff are amazing!

Clean, but no closet?

The unit was very clean, which I appreciate. The gas fireplace didn't work, but the ocean did, so we had a good time. I found it odd that other than a hook in the bathroom, there was no place to hang clothes. Since this is a dog friendly unit, I like that there wasn't a bunch of rugs and fabric-upholstered furniture for fleas to hide in. (BTDT at other vacation rentals.)
