“The price and amenities were great. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Although we had to walk up stairs, they were covered and well-lit. Our room was beautifully updated. The kitchen area was great—dishes and silverware are provided. Having a second bed and tv in an actual bedroom was super convenient. We plan to return again soon!”

“We were really happy staying here, it’s in a great location and the man working the front desk was very nice when we were there. The room was really clean in my opinion compared to other cheaper motels I have stayed at in the past, there’s old carpet in the rooms but other than that we had no complaints at all, I also felt safe staying here and there didn’t seem to be weird people lurking around which is also a plus. Would recommend to stay here if you are wanting to stay on a budget! ”

“The rooms are generally pretty clean although there is usually a greasy kind of film from the Lysol or whatever they use to clean the surfaces on the desk, countertops, etc. But oj the flip side it means they are getting cleaned. Parking is always easy, very conveniently located for me (class right next door and a pawn shop down the road about a mile). Staff is always kind and helpful. Overall not a bad spot, I stay here everytime I'm in Newport which is pretty much every week since I've been……

“Clean, had a cork screw, and real mugs. Provided a fan, extra blanket and pillow. Great gift shop, dvd’s to borrow. Quiet. Right on the ocean. Safe trail along the beach.”
