Luxe Condo-Shuttle & Amenities

  • Beautiful & brand new unit at the highly desired Forest Ridge development just across from Loon. Enjoy a free shuttle to the slopes on most peak dates, or take a stroll down to nearby restaurants for Apres. There is a large on-site recreation center with an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness and game rooms, that is free for you to use. Curl up around the gas fireplace and play some board games after a long day on the slopes. This is a perfect spot for families or couples to enjoy a winter getaway!


    Single level garden style condo. Enter into a large mudroom to offload ski boots and gear. The large open concept living area has a gas fireplace and access to a private balcony. There is a fully stocked kitchen and dining area, along with a full bathroom and laundry room. The primary suite has a full bathroom and queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen, and the third has 4 bunks.

We had a great weekend here! The space was spacious and clean and we appreciated that we could bring our dog (and our toddler loved the toys!). Great place with a nice view of the woods and easily accessible to downtown Lincoln. We would definitely come back!

Really high quality place and has everything!

Place seemed brand new super nice all the amenities. Figured out fireplace and we really enjoyed it, including pool and hot tub!

We did not use the rec facility but did stop in and it looked quite nice. The unit was quite nice and Jenna was very responsive.

Condo was very clean and well supplied with what we needed as well as games, toys and dog bowls. Kitchen was well stocked with everything other than a colander. We used the bed in the spare main room since the mattress seemed more comfortable (softer). The owner was not very responsive to my questions, she seemed busy with her young family. I was confused as to the check-in. You use the combination for the door of the condo but only use the Verkada app to open the doors at the club house, work out area and the pool. The fitness area is nice and had 2 treadmills, other equipment and weights. The indoor as well as outdoor pools are very nice as well. The notebook in the condo needs to be updated, it still says there is a pass to get into the clubhouse hanging in the hall which there is not.My main disappointment is something that the owner has no control over and that is the foot noise of the unit above. This unit is on the 2nd floor and there are 3 floors, didn't hear the one below us. Also, there is no elevator, so you need to carry all luggage up the stairs.Overall Lincoln NH is a beautiful area and if you like to take walks along beautiful streams and waterfalls this is the place to be. I would especially recommend going to the nearby "Basin".The Common Man and Gordi's have very good dinners, Flapjacks has great breakfast, and if you like candy I would recommend Chutters and Sweetz. All of the above are a very short drive from the condo in Lincoln..

The condo itself was very nice. Clean, modern, good climate control, modern appliances, good utensils. Bathrooms were nice, clean, modern. The mattress in the master bedroom was top of the line, very comfortable. Unfortunately, there were two issues..1. The walls were paper thin. We were on the second floor of a 3 story unit, and could hear everything above us. It was very distracting. At 1AM, I awoke to a scratching noise, thought there was something in the room, realized that the dog upstairs must have been scratching on the floor. Made it very hard to sleep or enjoy the condo.2. The property lists as ski in/ski out, and it is not at all. In all honesty, I knew this going in, but it should not be designated as such. However, I overlooked it because the listing said there was a shuttle. There was no shuttle, no indication of a shuttle coming through the area, nothing in the guest handbook regarding how to access a shuttle. And parking at Loon is not easy, so this is an important amenity if skiing. So if not skiing, or an early skier and plan to drive, and you don't mind a lot of noise from the apartment above, this is an otherwise great condo. Wanted to give it 5 stars, but the issues listed precluded that.
