The Maple House is recently refurbished to a high standard, full of charm and character, with all of the essentials you will need to make your stay as comfortable as it can be.
The West End of Lincoln is the perfect setting for a break, it is a short stroll from all of the amenities Lincoln has to offer, a 10 minute walk to the historic Bailgate area with the castle and Cathedral as well as a thriving community of independent shops and restaurant. If you wanted to do a spot of retail therapy, then the city centre is also with a 15 minute walk with everything a small cities high street has to off, along with the Brayford Pool and University- all 10-15 minute stroll from the front door.
The property backs onto the wide open space of the West Common, where horses roam free, you can escape the hustle of city and feel like you`re in the middle of the county, literally 1 minute from the property.
The property is located within a residents parking zone, whilst we cant guarantee you a spot right outside the house, we do provide you with two permits to park within the area, its never normally a problem. If there is more than 2 cars, then just let us know and we can provide some temporary passes for you (£5 per 24 hour)

Access is via a key safe, this is a non contact stay
Parking is controlled locally via residents parking scheme. A parking permit is provided with the property. Whilst we can’t guarantee a space outside the house, there’s normally good availability in local streets.
