"My phone didn't have any cord going to it and the next door people were screaming and banging on my door. I had no way to call the front desk. This was at 1:00 in the morning. I was scared. At 2:00 I finally got dressed to go downstairs and they finally stopped. I went down to get something to eat and none of us could figure out the machines to buy food. The carpet in my room was disgusting. I didn't want to even walk on it."
