“it is really nice hotel, staff are nice, food also good.”

“I loved my stay at the white heart hotel Lincoln. The staff were great, the hotel was lovely and the bed was comfortable.”

“The room was clean as was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good”

“A very friendly welcome and staff were always ready to help my partially disabled wife. The meals were excellent and well planned. The hotel was very welcoming and felt homely with such Georgian/ Victorian style .”

“對外交通工具不便，房間蚊蟲很多”

“Comfortable ”

“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”

“All fine”

“房間非常整潔, 裝設很漂亮, 很有特色. 屋主很有善, 早餐豐富, 很好的體驗, 很推薦”

“Everything was ok,”

“Beautiful place, ideal location, not for the faint hearted if you don’t like hills! Would definitely stay again ☺️”

“The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked.”

“The bar at the hotel did not have a variety of lager/beer, atmosphere felt like a waiting room, didn’t feel like was in an hotel. Breakfast was ok nothing special, a set price so if you didn’t want a cooked breakfast and only wanted toast you still had to pay the same price.”

“Could not stay in our room during the evening as a very noisy party was taking place downstairs. We were not prepared of the function, but staff did attempt to get the noise reduced, and offered us a complimentary drink in the bar. This however meant we could not use our room, or get an early night. A pity, as otherwise good value and good food.”
