“Lovely few days away. Great cottage perfect for what we wanted. The pub in the village is perfect for a pint or two. Cottage very clean and comfortable, garden perfect for the dog.”

“This is great accommodation, the host was so friendly and the communication was perfect too! Highly recommend staying here!”

“Good location”

“Boothby House is stunning, we loved the decor of the house. The balconies were used everyday day, we sat and looked at the stars or we chatted enjoying the peace and quiet of our surroundings. Everything you need is at the house, information on local attractions was helpful. We popped to the local pub one night, made to feel very welcome. We would 100% recommend a stay at this luxurious accommodation.”

“My wife and I loved staying at Home Farm Cottage. It was lovely and clean and although small, was nice and cosy with sufficient space and facilities to comfortably accommodate two people. The views of the surrounding countryside was spectacular and added to a very relaxing stay to help recharge our batteries! The property is located right next to two lakes with a caravan site at the far end. If you are thinking of fishing, the near lake is too easy as it has a large stock of very hungry carp……

“just came back from a 3 night stay here and we were all very impressed with the high standard of the property and its cleanliness. the owners go above and beyond to make you feel very welcome and we wanted for nothing. everything was thought of , lovely welcome basket and homemade cake too. thoroughly recommend and will definately return thanks for a lovely relaxing break”

“As a group we stayed in two of the cottages set in beautiful surroundings. Our host was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. Both cottages were well equipped, clean and well presented. Having the use of the pool and hot tub was brilliant for the younger members, although both and the areas around them are in need of some upgrading. Quite expensive compared to other accommodation we have booked throughout the year. ”

“During out of season breaks where the weather is colder if someone could put the heating on in advance of arrival would be a definite improvement. However we throughly enjoyed our short break in the bungalow and the owners were lovely and very welcoming.”

“Clean, comfortable and very well equipped.”

“Limber wold house was a lovely place to spend a weekend. Clean, warm and comfortable and such a privilege to have access to private woods for walks. Close to the Humber estuary and the coast is in easy reach. We would definitely consider returning.”

“Our 3rd visit here & just as enjoyable as always.Nice & clean, easy access & room for 2 cars to park comfortably. The owner is very accommodating & easy to contact when needed with a good welcome pack after travelling a few hours so is much appreciated. Recommended.”

“Owner very helpful ”

“The house is probably fine if you stay there in the summer, but we stayed 14-18th November 2025. The house is freezing cold and to further 'improve' the experience, the company that rents the house have decided to limit the temperature the thermostat can be turned up to. In addition all the bedroom radiator valves have been jammed. So the house is cold and your ability to turn up the heating limited by the owner. I did speak to the landlord about this but he was of the opinion that the……

“The cottage has real character, being over 200 years old. It has lovely countryside views from the lounge and bedrooms and is spacious. The cooking equipment was good and the dining room was lovely and cosy. We were quite near to Lincoln City and was an hours drive from the seaside town of Skegness, where we spent an enjoyable afternoon. The host was very helpful. Would stay here again.”
