「I was using the Park just as a base so would not be fair to comment further on it as a holiday venue, that said there were lots of happy faces, everyone seemed occupied with events of an evening. Child and dog friendly with the former having their own entertainment programme. My mobile home was clean, well equipped for what I needed and I could park outside the accommodation. As I say it was a base and I went out every day, didn't use any of the facilities aside from the bar for a beer and...

「The rooms ( 3rd floor) dont have air conditioned, 35 deg heat was unbearable. The hotel eventually provided a weak desk fan. The windows at that level dont open fully so no draught either.. The room was clean, however the rainfall shower was not cleaned on the top, very dusty, ironically it should have been easy to get to as it was way way to low down and impossible to use. Elimis products very nice.」

「Hotel just trialling letting dogs stay. £30 a nights get per dog is too much. Also wasn’t allowed in restaurant or bar with dog which made getting a meal difficult when travelling alone.」

「Room was a bit dated, in need of a paint brush as much of the woodwork was peeling. Bathroom was adequate with a shower over the bath and quite a high step getting in and out. Toilet made an awful noise through the plumbing, and a previous occupiers bar of soap left on floor of electric radiator. Bed was comfortable and the room warm. Communal spaces littered with room service crockery from the time I arrived until the time I left. Reception staff pleasant, and the breakfast was the highlight...

「A relatively quiet hotel, just far enough from access to the main A1. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and basic tea coffee facilities. Good for an overnight stop」

「Mostly enjoyed our stay. Room clean and suitable for short stay. No toiletries on first night just soap. Only 2 cups for 3 adults had to go to bar for an extra cup. No extension lead available so glad we took our own although not really long enough. Disappointed to find door not secured properly after cleaners had been in.」

「Great value for the price and the quality of surface you get. Cannot complain. The hall way at night does looks a bit like a haunted movie due to the way the motion sensor for the light works and the bluish emergency exit lighting.」

「The room had a lot of dirty marks, very old and outdated and could do with painting. Outside the front of the hotel there were two overflowing bins which were still there when we left. As soon as you walked into the hotel the floor was dirty. When we looked out of our room there was a big pile of rubbish bags at the bottom of the car park. Went for breakfast and had to clear plates off the table onto another table, because every vacant table had dirty plates on. The glass door to the dining...
