"the room was shocking classic at the first sight, however after 3 nights stay, we have to say the hotel really as its name "Kindness" the staff are helpful and always with good smile. Room is special with very detailed facilities :shampoo and shower gel for woman and for man, lotion, facial gel, handcream, hairband, shoes, etc. so kind and thoughtful. They even provide you free simple evening foods such as hot soup, congee, buns, icecream, cookies, tea and coffee from 7pm to 10:30pm, which is so...

"The next day i booked the hotel sent me a meesage they could not offer the room, and they propose an alternative, at 5$ less. It's major point, is that it is well located in the heart of Kaohsiung. the hotel itself is a part of a building, with old look and in need of renovation. The room has similar needs. It was compact. Let just say that it could have been cheaper and it is not recommended for picky people. Use it only as a sleeping point."

"Overall it was ok, it’s clean and in a good are, but the AC was way too loud that I felt like I was still on an airplane, and couldn’t sleep very well."

"the room was not cleaned properly. there were even some nose wax, probably left behind by previous guests, stuck on the wall and was not removed. The fridge was old and dirty that we do not even want to use. The bath curtain was also not clean, peppered with dirty patches. the only delightful part was probably the breakfast."
